Clear pricing helps travellers book with confidence. SoulTales requires at least one published price before your listing can go live.
One price is enough
Section titled “One price is enough”You need only one published price to pass the publication checklist. Add more options if you offer tiers (adult/child, private/group, peak/off-peak).
Name your prices clearly
Section titled “Name your prices clearly”Use labels travellers understand immediately:
- “Adult ticket”
- “Private tour (up to 6 guests)”
- “Tasting flight + cheese board”
Avoid internal codes or abbreviations.
Describe what is included
Section titled “Describe what is included”The price info field should answer “what do I get for this?”
- Duration
- Group size limits
- Food, drinks, or materials included
- Cancellation or weather policy (if relevant)
Keep descriptions under 175 words when possible (hard limit 199 words).
SoulTales member discount
Section titled “SoulTales member discount”The default 5% member discount is a good starting point. You can offer more for high-margin experiences or during quiet seasons.
| Range | Notes |
|---|---|
| 2.5%–5% | Standard member perk |
| 5%–15% | Strong incentive for SoulTales bookings |
| 15%+ | Use for promotions — ensure your margin supports it |
Discounts apply to SoulTales member flows, separate from vouchers.
Booking links
Section titled “Booking links”If you accept online bookings, add a booking link on each price. Test the URL after saving to confirm it works on mobile.
