SoulTales uses three different types of discounts. Only some are created by you in the dashboard.
1. Listing vouchers (you create these)
Section titled “1. Listing vouchers (you create these)”Vouchers are exclusive offers for SoulTales members. You create them on the Vouchers tab.
| Field | Limit |
|---|---|
| Coupon code | 20 characters |
| Name | 45 characters per locale |
| Info | 300 characters per locale |
| Validity | 1–3650 days |
Best practices:
- Use short, memorable codes (
SOULTALES10,WELCOME15) - State clearly what the guest receives in the info field
- Set a realistic validity period — annual (365 days) is the default
- Provide a special offer link if your booking engine supports pre-applied promo URLs
- Fill English name and info first, then use Translate from English to draft other locales
Vouchers are optional for publication but help drive bookings from SoulTales members.
2. SoulTales price discount (you set per price)
Section titled “2. SoulTales price discount (you set per price)”On each price option, set a SoulTales discount percentage (2.5%–100%, default 5%). This is the member discount applied through SoulTales booking flows.
This is not a voucher code — it is built into the price option.
3. Activation checkout promotions (SoulTales configures)
Section titled “3. Activation checkout promotions (SoulTales configures)”When you activate your partnership, any promotional discount on your checkout is set by the SoulTales team — for example a percentage off your first year or a trial period. Partners cannot create these in the dashboard.
Which should you use?
Section titled “Which should you use?”| Goal | Use |
